AXS-One Executive to Present on Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment at AIIM 2002

RUTHERFORD, NJ, January 7, 2002 – AXS-One Inc. (AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of e-business solutions, today announced that Nat Bosco, its vice president, implementation and custom development services, was selected to present a paper on Electronic Self Service (ESS) and Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) by AIIM International, the enterprise content management association.  The paper will be presented at the upcoming AIIM 2002 Conference and Exposition at The Moscone Center in San Francisco, March 5-8, 2002.

The presentation titled, "Customer Loyalty Through ESS and EBPP " will discuss the critical need for companies to focus on customer retention and service. Highlights of the session will include:

  • Using effective customer management to increase profit, reduce redundancy, and stay ahead of the competition
  • Providing real time billing and account information
  • Giving customers access to relevant applications and content
  • Measuring ROI and tangible business value gained from ESS and EBPP

In addition to Mr. Bosco's presentation, AXS-One will be demonstrating their AXSPoint solutions for collaborative commerce.
